The TRANSFORM Project set out to explore the use of innovation procurement modalities to stimulate and enable innovation in the supply chain in pursuit of low carbon, zero emission transport.
The content of the Good Practice Report is based on the experience of the TRANSFORM Pilot Innovation Procurement Projects and describes the practical journey of the three City Authorities in adopting innovation procurement approaches for transport and mobility related procurements.
