EODay also marked the launch of the Advocate Programme in Scotland, an initiative created by industry leadership group, Scotland for Employee Ownership (SfEO). The programme will help promote the benefits of employee ownership by equipping Advocates with information, data and tools to spread the message and benefits of employee ownership – for example, employee ownership offers a more sustainable future, something which is crucial in the recovery from COVID-19.

We are proud to be employee owned and support the vision of 500 employee-owned businesses in Scotland by 2030. We are delighted to announce that one of our Directors, Deborah Creamer, has become one of the Advocates, through her role as a member of the SfEO Board.
